when opening the page fr sending pm u can see that verify link.. While clicking on the 'verify' u will get a code number. That code no should be sms to an international no provided there. 5 or 6 rs will be charged.

oh..! There is a sending pm limit to new comers fr 2 weeks..
U should hv to verify ur os account to remove ur pm limit.
